I don’t think I’ve ever been accosted so aggressively for an ID in a liquor store. After entering the store with a group of four, we split in half. 2 of us approached a tasting, happily producing our IDs. I guess they thought we were trying to hide a child within our group and got super aggressive about demanding IDs from everyone if we wanted to continue shopping…then they followed us around? Very odd experience. Nobody under 35 in our party, and we don’t look particularly young. If you’re going to be this paranoid, just check IDs at the door.
They Have So Much Variety That It's Hard To Choose Just One Drink!! I Loooove The Fact That They Even Carry MEAD!!! Who Has MEAD In These Days And Times???? Total Wine Has Wine Tasting Classes About 3,4 Times A WEEK!! 😄😌 Look, This Place, No Matter WHAT City Its Located In, Has Aàaaalways Been Set Apart From Every Other Kind Of Liquor Store!! Total Wine, Is The Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cider, Seltzer, Cut Water And MEAD..... CAPITAL OF THE WHOOOOLE WORLD!!! Straight UP!!
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by several representatives with smiles. I'm not sure of their names but everyone more than helpful. We came for a specialty item that was unique and they found it! We're happy customers 😀
Wow!! Super store but not an impersonal experience here at Total Wine. You could spend some serious time here and learn a thing or two. Reed was there to share some samples and while I was trying to find a good champagne (but try something new) the sommelier on staff, Jeff, was such a big help. He knew the story behind the bottle which encouraged me to buy it! Of course they have a place to chill your bottle as well as all the necessary items for on the go. Oh and did I mention the humidor room? What more can you ask for?!
Impressed...I am surprised with all varieties of wines and beers in the store, like you can find any of your needs from here. The cashier is super friendly and hospitable with all my questions. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores in the area, I would definitely come back here for other purchases.
