Total Wine & More is my go-to beverage shop in the Phoenix area, the huge selection of wines, craft beers, and premium spirits makes it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for, whether I’m planning a dinner party, picking out a special gift, or stocking up the home bar. The prices are competitive, the tasting events and weekly specials are fun to explore, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help me discover new bottles or suggest great pairings. It’s a reliable place for both casual shoppers and beverage enthusiasts alike.
Sales person/employee too much won't shop at this store again. I've been shopping at Total Wine for a along time because of their great prices but this store has one of the pushiest sales person ever their 7 year whiskey guru? Whatever that means he literally took a bottle from one my friends hand and handed a different whiskey told him drink this instead it's better I mean who does this I've seen car salesman like this but never a store employee. This is the second time I had issues with this guy last time I was there he recommended a whiskey to me, I told him I was good with a bottle of Jack Daniels he told me he was just trying to save me money because what I was buying wasn't as good as others in the price range. I finally took the bottle he recommended because it was too much I just couldn't get him to leave me alone. Honestly I wouldn't have gone back to this store after that first situation if it wasn't for my friend talking me into going because it was the closest one to his house. I understand selling but this store needs to turn it down a notch.
I always enjoy shopping at Total Wine & More, the Scottsdale location has an incredible variety of beer, wine, and spirits that makes it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for, from local craft brews to rare bottles and global favorites. The store is spacious, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and willing to help with recommendations or pairings, which really enhances the experience. I also love that they offer tastings and classes when available, giving you a chance to try before you buy and learn more about different styles. Total Wine & More has become my go-to stop for stocking up for gatherings or finding a standout gift bottle.
Total Wine & More in Camelback was exactly what I was looking for, a wine shop with serious variety and helpful options. I walked in expecting the usual, but was impressed by the breadth of labels (everywhere from local Arizona bottles to global classics). The wine wall and tasting station gave me a chance to sample new wines before committing. The store feels well organized and spacious, with clear signage and comfortable layout. Whether I was browsing midweek or visiting on a weekend, the experience was seamless, good selection, consistent quality, and a wine shop where I want to return again.
We absolutely love coming here for the wine classes. They are all a little bit different, and you get a different experience with each instructor. Having somebody on hand at the store who can teach you and is also passionate about wine is wonderful. I always know that when I come to total wine. I will find exactly what i'm looking for. I love using the app and having access to the rewards system, which gives me discounts in the store. I feel fortunate to live so close to a great store filled with wonderful people who I have come to know since starting my wine education journey. They also have free delivery on orders over $79, which can be a really nice benefit. When you just don't feel like driving out to get a case for your next party. Their delivery people are professional and check I d so I feel like they're responsible which I like. Thank you total wine for making sure that your employee's training is 1 of your top priorities.
