Wow, I have to say first I’m ever stepping foot inside the store of total one and more and it is spectacular so many wines and bottles of champagne and different flavors to choose from from all over the world. Very unique spectacular. I will definitely be coming back here again for even more next time when I visit Fresno, California.
I recently went into Total Wine & More looking for a very specific bottle, the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Diwali Special Edition, for a 20th anniversary celebration. According to their system, it showed as in stock in Aisle 7 Bay 1. When I got there, the space where all the Blue Labels should have been was completely empty. I asked an employee for help, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Instead of making a genuine effort to locate the bottle, I was told it “should be in the case.” When I explained it wasn’t, she asked around briefly, then gave me a regular edition Blue Label that was stored behind the front counter. In the past when I purchased a limited edition, they had to check the back storage, but this time, she simply stood on the floor looking up at boxes and came back saying she couldn’t find it. I told her I would wait to see if I could find the limited edition somewhere else and thanked her anyway, but instead of showing any professionalism, she turned her back and walked away without a word. Extremely rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating when the system shows a product in stock, employees don’t actually look for it, and on top of that, treat customers with such disregard. Not to mention this is my second time going to this location and being left with the same bad impression that I originally brushed off as a “bad day.” Total Wine needs to work on both their inventory accuracy and especially their customer service training. If you want to view video recordings this happened on 9/12 around 9:10pm.
They are probably the biggest alcohol store in the valley. Tons of selections at different price points. And also very organized overall. When I'm feeling adventurous, I like to stop by and ask their employee for recommendations on drinks. The selections are endless. So it's always great to walk around and explore and see what they carry in store.
I recently popped into this Total Wine while being in the area. I was happy I did. This place was huge! I ended up downloading the mobile app while walking in and the staff was super helpful showing me how to use it. They saved me $5 on my purchase and told me all about the 10k different types of booze they had. The staff was super knowledgeable. Solid spot for your adult beverage needs. 🤙 I’d recommend and I’ll be back again.
I never been here before I was so amazed of all kinds of Liquor all around me everywhere I looked. I went down an Isle and I said to myself Jesus I can smell the Volka and Rum pretty strong stuff when I looked up and said no "wonders" I was smack in the middle of those two I was beginning to taste it. I was getting dizzy...
