This place is amazing... Located in a Miami parking garage, it has the latest selection of anything you want, including an entire aisle of "happy drinks".
Went in to buy a premium item which was inside a case. I asked a male worker for help, he said no I can't help you and keep getting items off the shelf. I was shocked and in disbelief. This has never happened in the pinecrest location. I looked around and the same person directed me to another employee which helped me. Either say I getting an order but I can get someone for you, then just I can't help you. More customer service training is needed. Male with black hair and glasses, around 1015 am or so. I purchased a $300 bottle.
My recent visit to this total wine store was a pleasure. I found the wine I was looking for after explaining a few details to one of their associates. I wish I could remember the name of this young lady who assisted me, but she looked like a supervisor. She made sure I was happy and confident with my choice. She was so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you
Victor is phenomenal!!!! What a knowledgeable individual. Highly suggest speaking to him. We got a couple of our usual bottles plus a few recommendations.
FINALLY, a NEW Total Wine location that's close to home! That said, this location is found at a complex called "Grove Central," at 27th Ave. and US1, that offers a large covered parking garage that is spacious and clean as it's NEW. Total Wine is found on the second floor and parking is close to the entrance. Though on the second floor, this Total Wine is ample, large, and clean offering ALL the products found at other locations. Sales rep was helpful and polite as he saw me attempting to find what I was looking for and offered assistance. Checkout was fast and again sales staff was kind and courteous. Overall experience for this location was GREAT and quick on a Saturday evening around 6:00pm. ENJOY!!
