Tracy’s Pet Pad est un service de pension pour animaux de premier plan à Bristol, dédié à offrir des soins exceptionnels pour les chiens et les chats. Avec une note exceptionnelle de 5/5 attribuée par des propriétaires d’animaux ravis, Tracy veille à ce que chaque invité à poils bénéficie de journées remplies d’aventures, d’une attention personnalisée et d’un environnement bienveillant. Visites à domicile pour les chats, avec alimentation, nettoyage de la litière, jeux et compagnie pendant votre absence.
Services de toilettage de base pour garder votre animal propre et en bonne santé, proposés en option avec les forfaits de soins.

Tracy has been caring for our two standard dachshunds, George and Cooper, for over five years, since they were puppies. We feel very fortunate to have found Tracy and never imagined how important Tracy would become to the boys. I am sure if you lined the three of us up they could well choose Tracy. Cooper and George scream as we pull into Tracy’s road and cannot get to her quick enough. Cooper and George get to enjoy playing with the rest of the pack all day and we get to work knowing they are having their best life and in very safe hands. Thank you, Maria and Dave

Our dog’s been going on adventures with Tracy and the pack for over six years. She adores Tracy and still gets so excited when she comes to pick her up. Her tail doesn’t stop wagging, and she loves hanging out with her friends! Tracy’s amazing with all the dogs she cares for and treats our girl like family. She always comes home beaming and ready for a snooze! Getting photos from their walks is such a highlight and it’s lovely seeing how much fun they have. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after our pup. Knowing our dog is happy, safe, and loved means the world to us. We’re so lucky to have found Tracy, she loves what she does, and it really shows. Can’t recommend her enough.

Tracy has been looking after my dog Bobby for over four years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Bobby absolutely adores her — he bounces straight into her arms every time I drop him off. Tracy treats all the dogs like royalty, with two walks a day, homemade treats, and endless love and attention. She truly goes above and beyond, whether it’s keeping Bobby for the evening when I have to stay at work late, dropping him home, or having him stay overnight (which he loves!) She also sends lots of pictures throughout the day and always lets me know what they’ve been up to and how he’s been, which I really appreciate. I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful, caring dog minder. Tracy has become like family to us, and she’s without a doubt one of Bobby’s favourite humans. I recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for their dog as much as they do!

Tracy has looked after our 7 year old Labrador for the last 5 years. He absolutely loves her walks - the dogs get so much outdoor time and exercise with her and he always comes back very happy and worn out. She’s very caring and notices if there’s something we might need to check out with a vet, or has great insight if we have any dog health questions. We’ve used her for doggy daycare, grooming, and she’s a home from home for overnight stays too. Really recommend all her services!

Tracy has looked after our two cats for us whenever we go away for about four years now. They’re very shy, but they absolutely love her. She communicates well, and has gone above and beyond on the couple of occasions where there have been issues with the cats. I’ve used plenty of cat sitters over the years, and she’s by far the best.
