We cannot recommend Tracy's Pet Services highly enough... We were very nervous about leaving our beloved cat for a holiday and we didn't want to use cat boarding as our cat doesn't handle the stress. From the initial in-person consultation that @Janne organised with pet carers Diane and Tanya, we knew that our cat would be in great hands. We received regular updates during our time away - pet carers Dianne and Tanya went above and beyond (even dealing with an unexpected ant infestation). Thank you all so much!
We’ve used Tracy’s Pet Services twice recently while being away on holiday, and both experiences have been fantastic. Janne and Tanya took care of our cat and they were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to our cat’s needs. It gave our family a peace of mind knowing our cat was in such caring hands. We have used Tracy’s Pet services several times and continue to do so. It’s such a relief to know we can go away and entrust our cats to such a caring sitter. Di always keeps us well informed. She’s happy to do the little extras that make a big difference. They always seem so well cared for when we get home.
Janne as been amazing at looking after our black Labrador Ludo. We regularly have two visits a week when we are both out at work all day. Ludo loves the company and we always get a happy picture and text every visit. Would recommend Tracy's pet Services to anyone looking for a caring team to look after your pet.
I have used Tracy's Pet Services many time to look after my precious cat Millie. They provide an excellent service taking good care of Millie as well as watering the garden & collecting the mail. They are very trustworthy and send regular photos of my cat. Millie is much happier staying in her own home. I would highly recommend their service.
