Clean, nice selection of equipment which is well-maintained. However, the HVAC is a real problem. In the summertime it gets prohibitively hot in there - the temp is often in the mid 70s or even pushing 80° at times. I have dysautonomia and am perimenopausal, and the warm inside temps trigger my POTS symptoms, as well as hot flashes. The vaulted ceilings and building structure don't help the situation, but the A/C really needs to be set at a lower temperature during warmer months. I'd give TRAIN a 5 star rating if not for the temperature issue.
Went for a free trial day- really nice gym but just not the right one for me! It has another room in the back which I didnt see at first. Just a few things to note- No locker rooms Has water fountain but no water bottle filler Has mostly machines, 1 smith machine and 1 squat rack. Clean though, only 3 other people in there at the time I was. If I lived closer, I would def consider for my everyday gym, I just would like more squat racks and free weights for me personally.
I’ve been coming to Train through ClassPass for many months and I highly recommend it! I love being able to schedule a 3 hour open gym slot and let myself into the facilities through a link. The equipment is great for a smaller gym and the back area is great for some added privacy.
I ended up wanting to get my membership back at TRAIN, which I previously cancelled due to moving a bit further away. Other gyms haven't compared and I find the drive is more than worth it. Being a member here actually motivates me to work out more consistently because I enjoy the facility that much and look forward to being there! Great crowd that is considerate of the space and equipment, all of the amenities I'd need, and affordable for what is offered. Absolutely love the extended access available as well!
Amazing facility in great location with seamless business model! Felt like working out in my own personal gym. Visited Columbus by way of Long Beach CA and wanted to get in that pump in 💪🏽 got a guest membership and access to the space within the first few hours of my arrival. I appreciate this place and will use the facilities again
