From the moment we came into contact with Christa and Noah Hoch, we have been so pleased with the program they help instruct! My son Liam, has already learned so much in the few short classes he's gone to. Noah is such a great instructor, and gives full attention to the students in his classes, and gives expert training for both karate and jiu jitsu! I can't recommend this program enough, the instructors love Jesus, and it shows through how they teach their classes. If you've been wanting to try martial arts, I highly recommend Christian Karate & Jiu-Jitsu Academy South!
My two kiddos love CKA south Tulsa! We all love the Christian principles that guide their framework and class. Such a great location and community! Teachers make it fun and engaging.
My 4 kids have been it for years and now they have an awesome group of teen friends to do life with as well! The community welcomes you like family and you learn amazing skills in martial arts and self defense! No better community! And adults can train in the same hour as their kids! Incredibly flexible schedule for busy families!
A great gym for anyone interested in BJJ, karate, self-defense, community, fitness, or filling some white space in your schedule. - Each class is great and the coaches are always willing to work with in between classes. - From early classes, to evening classes, you can be sure that there is a time that you can some training time in. - Community Oriented. Unlike many other places, it's not just about the training (unless you want it to be), but it's also about people and person growth that training comes with. - Family friendly. If you are interested in bring everyone from your kids up to your spouse, this is a great place to train. The kids glasses are great and the instructors are committed to working with them. For partners who want to train, but are only comfortable with each other, they are extremely flexible and understanding. Overall, anytime people ask about good places, I gladly say that I am baised and recommend this gym for anyone interested... especially those who have family. Bring the family and your friends, get involved, and enjoy the great training that is offered throughout the day.
I can’t say enough good things about this academy. From day one, the instructors and students were incredibly welcoming, creating an environment where anyone can feel comfortable learning regardless of background or experience. With a wide variety of classes offered throughout the week, it’s easy to find a schedule that works, whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills. Christian Jujutsu Academy combines excellent instruction with a genuine sense of community and I highly recommend it.
