I recently completed the Transcendental Meditation course with Karen and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Karen was a thoughtful and patient teacher who created a calm and supportive environment throughout the course. The content was clearly explained, with nothing rushed, allowing plenty of space to absorb and embed the basics of the practice. A truly valuable and rewarding experience.
