After nearly 25 years of being with Transcona Vet, I hit a brick wall with them. Unwilling to help, and quite rude and impatient on the phone, and trying to get rid of me. I was just looking for guidance on how to proceed with a change in family situation. Wouldn't even let me make an appointment for a checkup for my precious boy!!!! I have to look at legal channels now to have them release my dog's records, and will go to another vet. Strange thing is, I have all the legal paperwork, including the transfer of license papers from the city. They just can't wait to hang up. Very sad day indeed...
