Rachel, Felix, and Joaquin were all amazing! So kind because I forgot my escape room passport and Felix found a way for me to add it into my passport at home. Rachel (aka Joey chestnut) was an amazing game master! And Joaquin was so helpful and personable at the front desk

Trapology’s Hot Dog Heist was an absolute blast. The room was creative, fast-paced, and perfectly balanced between clever puzzles and fun teamwork moments. Everything flowed well, and the theme stayed engaging the entire time. A special shout-out to our host Gabriel — they were excellent. Clear instructions, great energy, perfect timing with hints, and they genuinely made the experience better without ever breaking immersion. You can tell they care about making sure the group has a great time. Highly recommend this room, and if you get Gabriel as your host, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back to try another escape.

Fantastic experience. Great Birthday experience for pre-teens and teenagers. Jaime and Max was very helpful and friendly. They made the kids feel awesome and loved the time they spent. We'll be back!

Excellent puzzle solving experience, the rooms themselves were well put together and decorated adorably. Calypso was our trapologist and gave us the secrets after we just barely ran out of time. Can't wait to give the other experiences a try!
