If youre a beginner, dont go here. We were an inexperienced team, and after using our two hints, the staff refused to give us another hint. I dont care about success rates, i paid money to have a good time, not to be left for ten minutes on one clue. We were booked for 9pm, arrived and checked in by 855pm, we started at 920pm, they called me at 9:15 even though we were already checked in and sitting in the waiting area, yet nobody knew which staff called me. Not sure we got the full 60mins since they started us late. On the bright side, the Doll House room was a cool room. One staff was nice, the rest were too busy to spend any time with customers.

Hi, I am the guy with the basketball hat!! This place is awesome. The staff and great!! I went with my two daughters for a daddy daughter date before Christmas!!! We tried the Dollhouse, but, unfortunately we couldn't finish it. It was fun, and a great way to spend time with my daughters

Awesome place, very inviting and everything was clearly explained. Our room was quite hard, and definitely required teamwork. Well thought out puzzles - and the staff was always available on the walkie talkie in case something went wrong. It was well worth it!

As someone who’s been doing escape rooms for a while, I love this place! The staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the escape rooms are very creative and interactive which I love :) I went with one friend for fun without a reservation and they were able to give us a room for the two of us, which ended up being the hardest one but honestly it was the perfectly hard and entertaining, and we were able to do at least 1/2 of it. It’s too bad they don’t have parking since it is downtown and a little hidden, but it truly is a hidden gem! 10/10 recommend :)

Such an enjoyable experience! We didn't end up solving it but it was super fun and challenging Definitely worth a shot. Sophia was so helpful as well. Although we only get a few hints, she checked up on us in the remaining few minutes and offered her help when she saw us struggling. Perfect experience! 10/10 recommend in Ottawa. We also played the board games offered, free of charge :)
