I was extremely impressed with the level of service Treasure Valley Movers provided, from beginning to end. I had lined up a different moving company who kept rescheduling, then they told me they wouldn’t be able to come at all! A friend recommended Treasure Valley Movers instead, and when I called Troy, he got me on their schedule for the very next day. The guys who came out worked very hard to get everything moved. They even took it in stride when the moving truck couldn’t make it up our driveway at the new house since it was too steep. They carted everything all the way up the driveway and into the house!!! I’m very impressed with the team, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional, reliable movers.
We had a great experience with Treasure Valley Movers! Our house was not all that easy to move. The movers were even down one member on the day of the move, but Quad and his crew were able to move us efficiently, ensuring both houses and all of the transported items were protected and free of any damage. They got the job done with no problem. The entire crew was professional, easy to work with, and very respectful. They continuously communicated their plans and and checked in throughout the move to ensure they knew where we wanted each item, as well as how we wanted each room to be set up. They worked extremely hard throughout the day, but never stopped offering the highest level of customer service. It was a smooth experience because they know their process, they know how to execute their plan, and they know how to treat people. I would use Quad and his crew for moving services again without question. Amazing job and amazing people.
I hired Treasure Valley Movers to move my mother to an assisted living facility out of town. Starting with the initial phone call with Troy I experienced extreme professionalism while also feeling very cared for. The movers arrived exactly as promised and the truck was immaculately clean inside and out. Dwane and Stephen were efficient and friendly. They listened to our requests and the move was a smooth experience. They were very honest and the actual cost was less than the estimate. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Movers ! Dava M
