Al was great! He was patient, didn't pressure me in anyway and did a fitting for the new bike that made it feel most amazing. 10/10 recommend Trek San Antonio North with Devin and his team.
This is my first adult bike and I haven’t ridden in years. My husband and I were shopping for bikes, and while he found one at another store, I didn’t see anything I liked there. We stopped at Trek, and I ended up choosing a bike that wasn’t assembled yet. I test rode similar models, and they assembled mine very quickly. When my husband picked it up the next day and I rode it for the first time, I realized I didn’t like it at all. Devin called to check in and asked how the bike was. We told him I wasn’t happy with it, and he immediately invited us to come back. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the salesman who originally helped me. We brought it in the following week, and the same salesman helped me find the perfect bike. They also made the return process super easy, which took a lot of stress off me. I absolutely love my new bike! A few days later, Devin called again to make sure I was enjoying it. Excellent customer service and genuine care. I highly recommend coming here!
I used to love Q the shop and the maintenance department in particular. The last year or two have been bumpy but it seems like they’ve found a fantastic manager in Devyn. Him and his team have been extremely helpful. Typically getting me in and out. The store looks great and the vibe feels like a local Bike Shop again.
What an amazing buying experience. I couldn’t have asked for more from Anthony who expertly guided me through the bike buying process. Although I had an idea of what I was looking for, Anthony took the time to ask the right questions and make sure I had everything I needed to include shoes, a helmet and lights. And I really appreciate he advised me on what I didn’t need and the things that would be overkill for my purposes. Amazing attitude as well. He was attentive and friendly and never intimidating. Oh. And the store is organized and well stocked. Look. If you want or need a bike or accessories go no further than the Trek store on San Pedro. You will not be disappointed.
Lou gave us the best possible Trek experience ever! It was my husband’s first time to “try” a Trek on , and I’ll have to say Lou did an excellent job explaining every question we had! I loved how he understood not only the mechanics of the bike but how it should properly work together with mechanics of our bodies! He was so patient and we would have bought two bikes from him that day if we hadn’t been from Fort Worth! I am confident we will be purchasing our Treks soon, and I wanted to give Lou serious credit! Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you Lou!
