The gold standard for style and the discovery of everything from unexpected treasures to everyday basics you cant get enough of. Nobody does it better (Curation = Trish) and you can travel near and far to discover this for yourself. Staff is always there to help if you want it but sometimes it's hard to read what a customer wants or needs so maybe take that into consideration when judging their customer service. And dealing with the public is not for the weak of heart. Happy Shopping VB!
After moving to Great Neck I was excited to explore various boutiques in the area and to become familiar with local establishments. I visited TRISH in late 2022 and was greeted by a staff member as expected…after venturing to the back area of the store, a lady was in an office area, (I later realized was Trish) I smiled and she glanced at me and basically gave a very unwelcoming glare I felt uncomfortable and left, vowing to never return. My daughter was home from college over the holidays (Jan 2024) and we were having lunch near by, I shared the experience with her and she was insistent that we go in. We did, and there were probably 4-5 staff working, and 6 customers browsing…not one person spoke or greeted us. We perused from the front to the back of the store without a simple “hello”. Again, I felt out of place and unwelcome. While I am certain there are many local patrons who are familiar to the staff and valued at the boutique, I really wish they’d spend just a moment of time making all people feel welcomed and being simply kind.
Enjoyed my experience inside the store. They have a wonderful array of clothes and styles to choose from. I recently bought jeans from the store and was very excited because they fit perfectly. However, less than 2 months later and only several wears the belt looped ripped, which I know is not there fault. When I called to ask them about it I was greeted by someone who demonstrated poor customer service and lack of concern for my ripped jeans. For the prices of their clothes I wish to be have been treated with better service.
Dianne here! I have been a customer for many years, and I love Trish and her sense of style. She is so caring and wants to help everyone find that thing you love and feel good wearing. I have always found her Team to reflect her sense of customer service. This is my "go to place" when I want to look great and feel good and be "in style."!!
Trish Boutique propose des vêtements incroyables, uniques à Virginia Beach. Trish est définitivement mon endroit incontournable pour trouver la tenue parfaite lorsque j'ai une occasion spéciale. La propriétaire, Tricia, ne veut pas simplement vous vendre n'importe quel vêtement, elle veut s'assurer que c'est le bon vêtement pour vous. Tricia et Alli sont toujours extrêmement serviables. Je recommanderais vivement Trish Boutique à tous mes amis.
