Our trolley was rescheduled because their college-aged driver ‘called in sick’. I was told I would get a $100 refund if we moved to a later time. We agreed but had to completely change our plans for the day and one of our party wasn’t able to come, so we lost that ticket value as well. After three attempts to ask about the refund with no response at all, I have to give this tour a poor rating. Our driver was great but I am really disappointed in the professionalism of this tour company. I was initially offered a refund for the entire experience and probably should have taken it (but likely wouldn’t have seen that refund either)
This was a 21st birthday celebration and we had such a great time. It’s definitely a workout but a fun experience! Nick, our tour guide, was fantastic and it was a unique way to see downtown Madison. We had to pivot at the last minute and move our tour up 2 hours because one of the trolleys was broken but Remy offered us a discount for the inconvenience which was a very professional way to handle it. I appreciated that very much! We were able to load our own cooler right onto the trolley which was convenient. Thanks Trolley Pub Madison!

Our driver was Nick and honestly it was one of the best nights we had in America so far! We have come to America for the summer and we just had so much fun blasting songs, dancing on the street at different stops! So much fun and just Nicks vibe made it 10 times better so thank you to Him! We love you Nick!❤️
