Jonathan was the second attorney handling my side of a very contentious divorce. I chose to dismiss my first attorney 16 months into the process and switched to the Trotto Law Firm. Jonathan was able to work with opposing counsel to guide both of the divorcing parties to a settlement when all signs were pointing towards a nasty and expensive trial. He was empathetic to my issues, responsive when needed and collaborative with the opposing counsel to work towards a settlement rather than drag the process out further than it had already been. While this divorce was extremely painful for both of us former spouses and the children, I was much more satisfied with the process and results once I made the switch and hired Jonathan and his firm. Thank you as well to Ashley and the rest of the staff of the Trotto Law firm for their time and support.
Jonathan, Heather and all the staff that helped us with our Fathers Divorce exhibited top notch professionalism and compassion in this difficult and complex case with my father's divorce. Unfortunately, my father passed away before the divorce could happen to that horrible fraud of a woman but despite that they were extremely helpful in trying to get this finished. Even after my father passed they still were so kind and professional especially with a certain family member who has his own issues. I hired Jonathan in 2023 when I filed for a divorce from my now ex husband. I cannot recommend him and his firm enough and say enough good things about him. The process was very long and draining for so many reasons but Jonathan always made sure everything was taken care of, he always reassured me in my doubtful moments, reached out to me and was available for me to reach out to him whenever I needed. I was terrified through so many parts of the process because it truly is scary and worrisome especially of kids are involved, but He truly fought for what was in the best interest of not only me but also my children (along with their accompanying attorney) and made sure that at the end of it all we would be safe and taken care of. His secretary Ashley was also wonderful and always reached out to me with updates and questions in a timely manner and kept me up to date and informed on everything. I have been working with Jonathan off and on for about ten years. He has helped with custody, child support and domestic violence. Jonathan is very calm with helps me to be calm, I'm usually a ball of nerves. He is well known and well respected by everyone we run into at the court house. He is always on time and ready to fight for my child and myself. He is very knowledgeable about current laws and will be up front and honest with you. Personally I feel well represented whenever I use Jonathan. I am a single mother with very little support system. He makes the process as painless as possible. I feel his rates are competitive with other attorneys locally,and never feel taken advantage of. He is always available with a quick response by phone,text or email.
