The absolute best wedding planner, hands down! We brought Mariane Fahmy onto our wedding only three months before the big day, after facing several issues with our original planner. I have to state that hiring her was easily one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process. Within just a few days of reviewing our vendor contracts, Mariane spotted multiple discrepancies and oversights that had gone completely unnoticed. She renegotiated and reworked these contracts with incredible diligence, ultimately saving us thousands of dollars. Her industry knowledge and experience were evident from day one, and she consistently guided us on how to maximize our budget without sacrificing elegance or impact. Our wedding was by no means a small-budget event, but as many couples learn, bigger budgets don’t always guarantee big results. With Mariane, however, every dollar worked harder. She coached both us and our vendors on how to enhance the overall aesthetic and guest experience, ensuring our celebration looked and felt upscale without unnecessary spending. When needed, she also recommended the best vendors out there who gave us excellent and competitive prices. Her wedding day timeline was a work of art. It was detailed, organized, and thorough in a way that even members of our wedding party jokingly referred to it as “the Oscars” or “the Grammys.” And honestly, based on the precision she demonstrated, we truly believe she could run an awards On rehearsal day and on the wedding day itself, Mariane led with confidence, clarity, and grace. She made bold ideas feel achievable and executed them flawlessly. When timing ran slightly behind (as weddings naturally do), she navigated the timeline with such strategy and intuition that our guests never felt a single hiccup. They reported that it was one of the best weddings they ever attended, as the energy from top to bottom was of a nonstop celebration. Mariane is a tough cookie in the very best way: respected, assertive, deeply knowledgeable, and unwaveringly committed to excellence. She knows how to create a plan, protect it, and execute it with near perfection. Thanks to her, our wedding day was not only spectacular; it was absolutely marvelous! My husband and I truly had the time of our lives at our wedding weekend, and we definitely thank Mariane and Tres Chic Events for our amazing experience! We threw a big fat Indian-Italian wedding in Miami, which included multiple events spanning multiple days (a big welcome party, a Hindu wedding ceremony, a separate Catholic ceremony, reception, and after party). It was almost a destination wedding, since we had only recently moved to Miami and many of our guests would be coming in from out of town. It felt overwhelming, and we definitely knew a wedding planner was needed. I met with a lot of planners, but my conversation with Mariane stood out. Her transparency was refreshing, from fee structure to the level of service she provides. She gave details and information that I would never have thought to ask for. I could immediately tell that not only did she know wedding planning, but she knew the Miami wedding landscape incredibly well. It was an easy decision! Throughout the planning process, Mariane was great. She was super flexible with our calls and was available by text/call any time. She referred amazing vendors, and for those vendors that I found she either already had a great relationship with them or built one very quickly. She went above and beyond with the décor for the welcome party- I sent her pictures and she handmade all the centerpieces herself. It was amazing!! She was also really creative and practical, offering ideas and solutions to make the wedding more cost-effective or helping with the restrictions for the beach permits (since one of our wedding ceremonies was on the beach). Now coming to wedding weekend- Mariane and her team were amazing. They stayed on top of the event timeline, the décor all looked stunning. Her team was so sweet and helpful from set up to clean up, and all the little things in between. Mariane even helped my husband plan a sweet surprise for me during the reception. She made it so I didn’t find out about his gift until the last second, and it just really showed how much she went above and beyond that weekend. The Tres Chic team really took care of everything and it felt effortless- which is huge for any wedding, let alone one with all the events we had. I would definitely work with her again for any future events we have. TL:DR- I would absolutely recommend Mariane and Tres Chic Events. You won’t regret it.
Mariane gave us the wedding celebration of our dreams!! She planned both my traditional henna party and wedding, and I wouldn’t change anything about the experience! From the beautiful decor to food to logistics, Mariane took care of everything for us and we got to enjoy every second of our parties. Mariane gave us the opportunity to embrace little parts of our Palestinian culture that we never thought would be possible. I barely touched a thing for my henna party because Mariane and my sister planned the entire event for me. I was stunned when I walked into the ballroom. For the wedding, I loved that Mariane helped me create a list of vendors from the very beginning and always valued my opinion and vision. I told her I wanted a sage theme for our decor and wanted to have candles and florals for our centerpieces and she absolutely delivered. I felt like I walked into a fairytale, she gave us everything we asked for and more. The singer/band and dabka team that Mariane helped us choose were incredible too, we were literally dancing the entire night! My husband and I received so much positive feedback from our families about our parties and it’s all thanks to Mariane. It feels like a dream now, I wish we could do it all again. I really don’t even know where to start with this review. Mariane is the most amazing person on the planet. We hired her as soon as we started looking at venues and she walked us through every step of the way from that point on. She listened to all my inspiration and things that were important to me and she executed every single detail so so perfectly ! My wedding was truly everything I have ever dreamt of and more because of Mariane. She gets it done no ifs, ands, or buts about anything. You want it, you got it. She was so much fun to work with ! She did not miss a beat. I could go on and on for days and days about how amazing she is, not a single thing went wrong nor was there a single hiccup in our entire weekend of events ! Her and her team work their butts off and it all shows in the details and at the wedding. Everything was so perfect and beautiful and I could not have picked a better person to help me make sure my wedding was beyond my wildest dreams! I had so many people not only compliment the stunning decor of my wedding but also how extremely relaxed I was the entire week leading up to the wedding and day of , and I know that was only possible because I hired Mariane. She did not let me stress, there was nothing to stress about, I knew she was handling everything and that everything would be executed perfectly. I was able to enjoy the whole week and weekend without a single bother, which says a lot about my trust in Mariane coming from someone as Type A as I am. Your planner is one of the most important decisions you can make and I cannot recommend Mariane and her team enough. I hope she’s on board to throw an anniversary party every year just so we get to work with her again. A dream come true.
