Stopped by late in the evening and had a really good experience. Everything was working properly and the place was well kept. I was almost finished washing my car when someone showed up just 2 minutes before closing and started arguing for no reason. The employee (Erfan) handled it calmly and professionally the entire time, even though the customer was being very rude. Honestly explains some of the unfair negative reviews here. Based on what I saw, the staff is respectful and does a great job.
Honestly, this place is SOLID GOLD. Always clean, machines work well, and the pressure is great. I had a small issue with my car after I finished the car wash and Erfan was awesome — super chill, helpful, and really went out of his way to help me out. You can tell he actually cares. That gesture honestly meant a lot, and now I’m a regular here because of it. Definitely one of the best self-serve car washes on South Pembina.
Clean, well-run self-serve car wash. Everything is always in good working order, which makes the whole process quick and easy. The guy working the evening shift is especially helpful, friendly and attentive. Easily one of the better coin car washes around.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at True Blue Car Wash. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. The coin-operated bays work perfectly, with strong water pressure and good-quality soap and rinse options, which makes washing my car quick and effective. A special shoutout to the big guy who works the evening shift — he is always very helpful, friendly, and hardworking. He goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. On top of that, the U-Haul rental service here is super convenient — fast, easy, and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and well-run car wash with great service, I highly recommend True Blue Car Wash. Keep up the great work!
