A wonderful service from start to finish. Very good communication. The product is fantastic and looks so neat in my lounge. Lewis and Brice who did the fitting were polite, efficient and helpful. Thankyou.
Excellent installation from Brice and Lewis. Arrived on time, were very tidy, asked where to install the radiators and the cables, and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. They even spotted an issue before I noticed it ! Thoroughly professional service and I couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend them.
We both felt we received excellent customer service from start to finish, Sue on the telephone, and Kellys excellent knowledge of the radiators, electric & installation. Kelly explained everything we wanted to know very clearly. We never felt pressurised & the price was good too.
Had my new radiators fitted by Josh and Matty yesterday. Very happy with their work and the end result. Wish I'd changed my heating sooner.
Trust have been an excellent company to deal with from customer support to the engineers Robbie and Matt who fitted the radiators. They were competent thorough and polite and explained how to operate and programme the radiators. We are very pleased that we chose Trust and would recommend them. It is now about 3 months (autumn and the start of winter) since the radiators were fitted and the great british weather has put it through its paces. We are really pleased with the ease of use changing temperature, the speed of response and how effective they are. There is also the little matter of running costs which has been better than we could hope for. The after sales experience has been great too.
