BUYER BEWARE! These guys prey on the elderly. They talked my elderly father who has dementia into buying a 2 year "email security" contract, and then called back a month later to upsell him on a cisco firewall for 3 years. Total cost was over $5k and if you spent 30 seconds talking to him you'd realize he had no idea what he was buying and barely knows how to use his computer. I alerted Trust Haven the second I found out, and they promised to send a partial refund. Called again. Promised it was coming. Then 3 days later emailed that his contract is binding and no refunds will be provided. When we called back we were told billing doesn't speak to anyone outside the company and the supervisor had no pull.
