Guido and Sharon were exceptional from start to finish for my recent property purchase. Guido had the patience of a saint, especially as I asked for multiple property reports. He would send them through almost instantly every time which honestly blew me away. Even when he was on leave by the beach, he still made time to sort things out for me. His head is always in the game and he knows exactly what needs to take priority. Both he and Sharon supported me throughout the entire process and were incredibly patient as I worked through a mountain of questions. I had a few extra hurdles to clear due to my unique circumstances and they managed each challenge calmly and professionally even when unexpected issues came up. Their strong relationships with lenders made a huge difference too. It helped push everything over the line quickly and ensured I was fully prepared for settlement. I highly recommend them. They made the whole journey smooth, clear, and surprisingly easy.
