My experience with TWC Lawyers has been absolutely unacceptable. They charged me significantly more than what was clearly stated in our agreement. I have made multiple attempts to contact them—calls, emails, texts, and even reaching out to their Principal TAM—but received zero response. They explicitly asked me to leave them a positive Google review, which I did in good faith. But once I raised concerns about the excessive charges and requested a refund, they completely ignored me. Also，changing my lawyer mid-case without any notice was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was left without legal support for a month. Their conduct shows a serious lack of responsibility, ethics, and integrity. Clients deserve far better than this.
I highly recommend Tam! He achieved an excellent result for me and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the law. What impressed me most was his personal approach – a true professional with a human touch.
