I'm a wedding coordinator and I had the opportunity to work with Beau and his team for a wedding in February 2024. The food they brought was delicious (and there was plenty of it!), their bar staff was friendly and efficient, and their food displays were well thought out and aesthetically appealing. The staff was super nice and helpful and the minute they walked in, Beau said "if you need anything, just let us know. We're all on the same team." That spoke volumes to me. I love working with other professionals that all have the same goal in mind: create an awesome event for our clients and work together to make sure that they have a great time. Thanks, Twisted Radish! I really hope we can work together again soon!
I booked Twisted Radish with only a few weeks notice for a work party. The display, flavor and service were amazing. I would highly recommend Nicki and the team.
I recently used Twisted Radish Catering for my wedding reception at the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin Visitor Center in Spring Green WI and they were absolutely fantastic! COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best!
I had a great experience with Twisted Radish for my Safari themed party. We ordered 2 grazing boards and the Pear Brie Crostini's which were superb!!! They were patient & accommodating with me when I wanted to add on a couple items last minute. It's so convenient that they come set up & pick up, for you.
We hired Twisted Radish Catering for a (socially-distant) outdoor BBQ back in the Fall. The food was absolutely incredible! After speaking with the owner, who was very personable, he mentioned that the Brisket we had ordered was in the smoker for 16 hours!! The bark/burnt portion of it was so good. Our guests enjoyed their ribs and sides as well. We will definitely work with Twisted Radish again and would recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer in the Madison area.
