I’m so grateful to have found the best of the best here in Austin — Two Hands Chiro. I genuinely didn’t realize how much pressure my body was holding until someone who really knows what they’re doing worked on me. With endo — especially when it spreads everything in the pelvis gets tight and reactive. The nerves stay irritated, the organs feel crowded, and the whole spine starts compensating. When your alignment is off, it adds even more pressure to areas that are already inflamed. The right chiropractor can help release that tension so your organs aren’t fighting for space and your nerves can actually calm down.
