Destinee and Kanna were great. They stayed almost 5 hours to prep our house for our New Year’s Eve party and did a solid job. They were warm and friendly and highly recommend! They were in great spirits given a new year was just hours away. The deep clean is a little pricey, for four hours of work even with two cleaners. But we will be calling them again!
Destinee and Haley were phenomenal! They made our house look brand new and were so wonderful to work with. We would definitely use their services again! We really appreciate the care and attention to detail they both had, thank you so much ladies!
Just had my first cleaning with the team Hailey, Rosa Maria and Lixy and I am SO happy with the cleaning! I came home after a long work day and wasn't stressed about having to clean. The little cute touches like toilet paper bows made my day. This is a must for me now. I like place that are: easy to book, easy and quick communication with text options and less fuss in the process and they nailed it!
The communication was good and they were able to accommodate the date I requested. Pricing was reasonable and they sent a list of what the crew would do. The team was extremely friendly and arrived on time. Per my request they did not have to change linens or make the beds (this was listed on their included services) I have 4 bedrooms, which I also asked them to not clean one of them, so only they cleaned 3. When I originally spoke to them, I was told if they needed extra time it would be $70 for the hour. I heard one of the cleaning ladies talking on the phone with who I guess was a supervisor asking how everything was going. Her response was “it’s going…this house is not bad at all” only a little scrubbing here and there….So I was little surprised when I was told they needed an extra hour and it would be $110. I mentioned I was quoted $70 for the extra hour if needed and then the lady said oh ok, I can do for $71….that was a little odd for me. The cleaning was “ok”…missed a lot of details, none of the shelves in master bathroom were cleaned, second bathroom countertop was spot cleaned. Floors and shower glass had streaks. Still some dust on frames and doors. Walk in Closet floors not cleaned. Kitchen was good. To be fair I believe the cleaning crew was being rushed as they continued to get phone calls asking how much longer they had. I recall at least 2-3 calls. Would I use again? Not sure I would. My neighbors asked if I would recommend and at this point it had to be a no.
Excellent job by Beth and Carlos. They were wonderful at communication, worked quickly and thoroughly when they arrived and they were so hospitable. I gave them simple requests like don't wipe down the TV's or iMac and I'm super thankful that they followed that. They made my kitchen and bathroom look brand new and vacuumed the carpeted stairs which I know can be a pain. Next time I call, possibly for a monthly cleaning, I'll request Beth and Carlos :)
