Jonathan and Z were professional, pleasant and efficient. They were proficient and respectful of the allotted time, as we had two separate drop points. Items were wrapped meticulously, and the guys treated our belongings with care. Moving day was extremely cold, yet they never complained. We truly lucked out with this crew! Our contact person, Sacha, was very kind and particular. She listened well and asked questions to ensure our move would go smoothly - and it did! Since our move was quite anxiety provoking, Sacha kept in touch with me before, during, and after the move. She truly cared about our circumstances. I can't say enough about our positive experience with Two Men & A Truck staff. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends. Thank you all for your respect and kindness. J
Two Men and a Truck saved my move. They were trustworthy, reliable, professional, hard working and on time! They made an interstate move easy. I came to them less than a week from my move date after a nation wide company tried to scam me. They fit me in, gave me a quote and stuck to the terms and price even through minor changes. I felt comfortable having them transport my items since they don’t share trucks and didn’t offload to a storage unit. I worked with the same team for loading and unloading across WI and MN. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Go with 2 men and a truck rather than risking scams with other companies.
These guys were GREAT. They gave me a reasonable estimate (range) before the job, then came in below the low end. The estimate was 6.25 hours; they took less than 3. They were very careful about wrapping and protecting everything. I haven't found a single scratch or mark on anything. And ... they were friendly without sacrificing efficiency or professionalism. I was very impressed and grateful. I would recommend this crew to anyone; actually already have several times.
I called 2 weeks of moving day and was assured everything was on track. I called the day before and was again assured the drivers would call 15 minutes before arrival and my window was 8am- 9 am. I called that day and was assured everything was ok. I called at 8:15 that day and was again assured they were on schedule. Finally at 2:30 we receive a call that the crew was on their way. The crew showed and moved the few items across the parking lot and were complaining about each other the whole time. You could hear them 2 buildings away! Very unprofessional the whole organization. The manager did call me after I texted him and he did apologize for the mix up. He did not realize he had a move on Saturday. He assured me they would reduce my charge. I received a bill for the time the movers were there (I was not charged for their drive time). How do I charge Two Men and a Truck for being 6 hours late!
What a truly amazing company. So very kind and so communicative. We have had Michael B and Oliver for two of our moves. They are so personable that I even got a hug when they greeted me this last time. They take great pride in their work as well as take extra care with your belongings. Michael is also great with communication. He let me know when they were leaving the shop and also took pictures of our storage unit that we had moved into. We have also had other movers as well from them that are great. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys again for your awesome work. Well done!
