Early Riser
I had just ~15 things to move but two of them were heavy and awkward and one was fragile. The 3 guys showed up and made short work of transferring the items and safely delivering them to the destination. The price was high at ~$150/hr (I said not sure because few review options) but as Seniors, them lifting the furniture, and not me, was worth it. By price comparison, I rented a 15 ft U-Haul in Dallas, with this same furniture in it, and drove it to Houston for less than half the price. But I loaded everything myself, with a few friends, and felt it the next day. :-(

My experience with Two Men & a Truck was great. The initial person that answered the phone was friendly and informative. Meagan T, Isaac K, an Gustavo R showed up on time and got right to work. They placed my item where I requested. They broke furniture down and put it back together. Plus they did not damage anything or stuff my walls. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely unprofessional experience — do NOT recommend I scheduled Two Men and a Truck for a simple in-town move after an emergency in my home left me needing to get my belongings out quickly. When the movers arrived, they looked at my garage and immediately decided they didn’t want to do the job. They came inside, smelled the faint odor from the water leak, and became dramatic and rude, gagging and acting like the situation was far worse than it was. They then refused to move my belongings and left without offering any solution. What made the situation even worse was what happened next. I didn’t realize they hadn’t activated my gate’s motion sensor when they drove out. About 20 minutes after I thought they were long gone, I received a message from Tom, the owner, accusing me of holding his team hostage. I was shocked. As soon as I realized they were still stuck, I went outside and triggered the sensor to open the gate so they could leave. During an already stressful emergency, I was talked down to, blamed, and treated incredibly poorly by a company that advertises professionalism and reliability. There was zero compassion, zero flexibility, and zero accountability. If you need movers who will actually do the job, respect you, and communicate professionally, hire a different company. If you don’t want to be threatened or lectured by someone with no certification, training, or customer service skills, don’t hire them. This experience was unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Chris not only helped me set up movers to unpack a crate and move furniture into my customer's house, she also called to follow up, she was able to coordinate timing with the trucking company delivery and she called to let me know the job went well! Totally impressed with Two Men and a Truck! They were great. No matter what we thought would be a problem, wasn't with these guys. They made everything look easy. We appreciate the way they handled our belongings. All four guys were considerate, professional and trustworthy. Also, from start to finish communication with customer service was superb. No details left out. I would gladly recommend this company for your moving needs.
