I had a great experience at this Tyre Power branch today. The team repaired my puncture, refitted the tyre, and checked all the other tyres as well. I was given a very competitive quote for new tyres, along with honest, practical advice about the remaining life of my current tyres and the best time to replace them. Well done to Chris and the team for outstanding customer service — professional, helpful, and trustworthy.
I just want to thank Chris for truly going above and beyond. I originally went in for a simple wheel alignment and ended up receiving invaluable advice that led to new tyres and a full wheel alignment covered under warranty. For background, my 1 year old car was showing serious toe wear. I raised this with the first dealer, but after inspection, I was told nothing was wrong and they did not accommodate my concerns. Trusting their advice, I drove on for a couple more days. After having a bullbar installed, I booked a wheel alignment at Tyrepower, where I met the legend himself Chris. Chris immediately identified that something wasn’t right and explained that my car likely had a bump steer issue. Despite the earlier dismissal from the first dealer, Chris went out of his way to pull some contacts and referred me to a second dealer for another inspection. Sure enough, there was a genuine issue. A warranty repair was carried out, and I received new tyres and the full works. Massive thanks to Chris for his expertise, honesty, and genuine care. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. Highly recommended. -ed
Hi everyone, I just had tyres fitted at Tyrepower Perth City and I’m writing a review because they were fantastic in every way. I dealt with Chris from my initial phone call through to payment and pick-up. He gave me friendly pressure free advice and I’m very impressed with the recommended tyres (Pirelli Cinturato Rossi) for my VW Tiguan. I made the booking on Tuesday, for the 3-days time on the Friday for 11 am and I was gone by noon, with tyres that look and drive great. Great customer service, awesome tyres and on time fitting. Good customer service still exists, we just need to look for it. Thank you Chris and the workshop team. All the best, Matt
