Kevin and his coworker Bo at 2400 Boston Street, Baltimore, MD deliver exceptional customer service—their communication, professionalism, and respect for customers are truly top-notch. However, the representative at 6632 Ritchie Highway urgently needs additional training. His attitude is rude, and his approach to customers is completely unacceptable. For the sake of the company’s reputation, proper customer-service training at that location is highly recommended.
Did terrible sent in for a analog repair said it would be about a week. They kept my controller almost a month called me saying they "accidentally" soldered a piece while fixing the analog, said they replaced the button and put in a new mother board. Returned the controller to me broken it won't charge, it won't turn on, the buttons are exactly the same, I gave them a working controller expected to get a working controller back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had an excellent experience with technician Israel V. He quickly fixed my water-damaged iPhone and also resolved a long-standing charging port issue. The entire process was smooth, professional, and only took about 60 minutes. Highly recommend!
I am very pleased with the repair work they did on my computer. Fast, well done and very affordable. They gave great and very detailed recommendations. I should have called them earlier, it would have been so much easier. Well done!!!
This company is HORRIBLE! They were rushing getting to someone’s appointment because they were running behind on time and ended up hitting me while looking at her phone and gps changed and told her to make a right and she didn’t see me next to her in a two lane road. The manager (a guy) was yelling at the woman for getting into an accident! Everything was cordial between Tiffany and I and then she ended up LYING to the insurance company saying I hit them! Thankfully the insurance company isn’t stupid enough to believe that. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF THIS IS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO RUN A COMPANY! As you see they do not have a good driving record and have gotten into plenty of unclaimed accidents from LATE appointments based off all of the previous damage done to their cars!
