⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The customer service was outstanding the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the moment I walked in. Liz helped me and was also training a coworker, and I could see how she walked him through everything step by step. It was clear she really knew her stuff and took pride in her work. They helped me with my cracked screen, and I was beyond happy with the result. The store itself was clean, professional, and well run, and the fast, same-day service was a huge plus. Everything about this experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I truly felt taken care of and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had an awesome experience at uBreakiFix by Asurion at the Tucson Mall! The tech Jesus did an amazing job repairing my iPhone 16 Pro — it looks and works perfect now. Hector checked me in quickly and efficiently, was super knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Elizabeth also helped me finish up with a device cleaning and even put on a free screen protector. Great service all around — highly recommend this team!
