I am kind of torn here. The shop itself was awful the experience was suspect. I had to escalate my issue with corporate and they were very responsive. So I don't want to say it's a terrible business but I would say. Cover yourself if you take your device to the Greenwich location. I brought my phone in for screen repair. I was told repair was 2-3 hours. It ended up being 4 days. The worst part they didn't reach out to me at all. I had to call them. But here's the fishy part. They told me my battery was bad and my phone wasn't charging after they replaced the screen. They told me the check in notes said my screen was blank at check in. That was a 100% lie. The guy unlocked my phone right in front of me. So I refused to buy a new battery. They told me in that case they were going to put the broken screen back on. I said ok. The manager told me he was end of the line and there was no one to escalate the issue to. That was also a lie. I found the corporate number and filled a ticket. So the next day miraculously they figured out the battery "wasn't connected during the repair". They said the new screen was on and the phone was charging. So I went in paid for my phone and got out of there. Well now I have to call corporate again because I figured out they put the wrong button on so my biometrics doesn't work anymore and the speaker sounds broke on my phone calls. I'm not sure how this store has a 4.6 star rating. If they do everyone the way they did me I don't see them staying in business. Unprofessional, no communication, and seems to me like shady upsell tactics. Telling me my phone was blank when I brought it in. I would suggest to anyone reading this take a picture of your device before you come in for repair. Because they will lie to you. Corporate seems solid. I hope their other location isn't as bad because I for sure am going to put another ticket with corporate because they blew my speaker and broke my biometrics. I had high hopes coming in. Disappointed is an understatement.

My laptop had a black screen. It was replaced with one that had lower resolution than the original. Several attempts and months later, I was informed that according to Lenovo, it was never the resolution that was stated on the box, that I saw with my own eyes and found online. When I got it back, it had been factory reset and I lost 4 years of data. Wow, I would have been BETTER OFF with buying a new computer. $400.00, lost data and 2 and a half months without a laptop. I don't feel okay about being gaslight by most of the techs, including Lenovo. I'm really mad about this whole thing.

I was coming from over an hour away and I knew I would be after the repair cut off time for the day. I called ahead and spoke with them and they were very understanding and very graciously worked me in!! Granted my repair was a simple screen repair. I greatly appreciated them bring so accommodating!

The techs explained the process thoroughly when I dropped off my phone (I had called Verizon to file a claim for a defective battery - would not hold a charge very long). Three hours later, I came back and picked it up - good as new. Both people I dealt with were personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend UBreakIFix on N Greenwich!
