Joslyn is awesome. Friendly, listened to my issue and got me fixed up fast. I was afraid I was gonna have to buy a new phone but she replaced the screen and made sure I was satisfied. Learned they have some great options for covering the other electronics in my life. Ask her about them!
Got a response email for a 5 star review that I couldn't have left because I didnt have my phone at 2pm. I dropped it off at 10 am to have the back glass fixed and wasn't able to get my phone until 4:29PM because they "lost my husband's phone number" so I didnt know my phone was fixed at 1:30PM until he checked his emails at 4pm. Sooooo yall went on my Google and left a 5 star review then have the audacity to reply to it
Scam Likely… Took my PlayStation in on Tuesday afternoon. Signed up for Home plus. Waived the diagnostic fee. Called Thursday, said they will know something the following day. Halloween. Didnt call, waited till this morning. Called about 1030… Tech come in at 11. I get a text saying thanks for the opportunity and leave feedback about 1130. I call up there about 130. Someone finally looked up my info asking for number and info to find my order. Said it’s completed… Oh ok. I go get my PS5 to come home only to be doing the exact same thing. Not coming on. Find somewhere else to go. And don’t sign up for that damn home care plan. It’s all a scam. I will be canceling my subscription. Ain’t no telling what they have done with my PlayStation. If it’s even all there… Be careful, you can’t play with GOD’S children.
Very fast service thanks to Joslyn! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! Had got a inner screen protector installed on my zfold phone. This was by far the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had servicing my foldable. Total opposite of Samsung Care. Will definitely come back!
