Great service, prompt results and very knowledgeable and professional staff. This is the third time I had to seek help and they were awesome every time! They repaired my broken iPhone, replaced an aging batter in my Google Pixel and now have breathed a new life in my old iMAC. I would recommend the services to anyone who has any technical issues. On scale of 1 to 10, I would give them 10!
I recently bought a new iPhone. Several days after purchasing it, something got stuck in my charging port. The technician Tyler was very courteous, and in no time had the problem fixed. I highly recommend this service. They are great!
I had my MacBook Pro screen replaced. A bit more expensive than Apple quoted initially, but Apple would not fix it if they found any water damage. I knew that there had been water damage and did not want to take a risk of handing it over and then having to pick it up unfixed.
Took my dead phone in at a friend's recommendation, and Tony told me he could try a specific option (and what it would cost) but he didn't think it was likely it would fix it, instead recommending replacing the phone. When I asked, he gave me recommendations on refurbished phones, a location I could try to buy them from, and directions (phone was dead, no gps). The recommend location did not have any refurbished phones in stock and the model he recommended didn't pan out, but I did find a reasonably-priced new phone at the location he suggested, and no issues getting there with his directions. Tony helped me see what my dead phone could and couldn't do, and provided help even though I didn't have any paid services at their store. Thank you!!
This place has good reviews so I am surprised to be here writing this. they do not offer everything that their website does or if they do I had someone who had no interest in helping me with my issues. personally ill just go spend a couple hundred dollars on a new device rather than go back to this place. when I first walked in the store seemed very empty and bare... I was hoping that it was just clean and tidy but then I heard a salesman offering the lady at the counter an upgraded plan on her Macbook so he would charge her less and when she rejected his offer he kept making it be known that she could "save money" by spending more on this plan he kept offering her. I was hopeful to get the person that apparently knew something about the store and had some customer service skills. MAN WAS I WRONG.... I wasn't hopeful when the person came out of the back room and rolled his eyes. he asked me for my information in regards to what was going on. I explained to him that the site had directed me to book an appointment and I did that and got there as soon as possible because the warranty was going to expire in a few days. after looking at the device Tony rolled his eyes and walked to the back. Apparently the site I needed information from wasn't giving him enough information. he stated that they do not work on controllers and I would have to reach out to xbox personally. I had been trying to reach out to them for at least a week and then I apparently bothered Tony by having the issue, it's not like people having broken items is what keeps him employed or anything. if I could leave less stars than 1 I would. if this guy worked for a company I owned I would reconsider my decisions and I would also put it on the website that we do not accept controllers because I traveled over an hour each way and got told they couldn't help me. don't waste your time use the mail and avoid Tony.
