It was an absolute pleasure working with UCG Luxury Destination Events! We had our wedding in Bodrum in 2016, where Tala really turned our dreams into reality. She really “gets it!” All our friends were super happy that everything was so organized from the minute they started planning the trip until getting on the flight home. We had guests coming from London, Dubai and Egypt so they really appreciated the smooth logistics. No detail was ever overlooked.

Less than a year before our wedding, we contacted Tala at UCG Luxury Destination Events to be our wedding planner. Tala herself came highly recommended through friends and word of mouth, and from the moment we met, I could see this was by far the best decision we could make. My husband and I live in London but our families are in different parts of the world. To quickly organise a personal, beautiful, heartfelt, fun wedding for 130 guests coming from all corners of the globe was daunting to us, but a piece of cake for UCG! Tala got to work immediately by getting to know us personally and then asking us the right questions in order to shortlist and organise viewings of venues in the city as well as in the nearby countryside that would fit within our wants, needs, budget, and overall vibe of what we wanted for our wedding. She found us the most beautiful manor house/events hall in Surrey (easy access for our guests – an hour from the city and near Heathrow Airport) that provided the "English Garden" beauty, romanticism and escapism we wanted to highlight for our guests coming from the Middle East, the US, and other parts of the UK during the summer of 2022. They even had wild peacocks roaming around the gardens! From then on and throughout the planning, UCG remained incredible – and we are still just so grateful. Tala's attention to detail, speed at which she would organise the next thing on "the list", her professionalism, rapport with vendors, her joyful and friendly demeanour kept us calm during what is known to be a stressful time! No matter what silly question we had or what anxious feeling we had, Tala was there. To hire someone who became a good friend was just the icing on top. She drove with us to flower vendors, she dealt with negotiations, we would bounce ideas off of each other, she would scour the net to find things we didn't even think of, all to add that extra personal touch. Tala worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, and did it all with a smile. Many wedding/event planners just do what they've outlined in the contract, but not UCG – they go above and beyond. The morning after our wedding, Tala had organised a box for me of little mementos from the night! Honestly, thanks to UCG's impeccable planning, we did not have one stress on our wedding day. I don't even think there were any "fires" to put out because they are that amazing. Our wedding guests even praised the effortless, loving atmosphere during our special day and knew it was all down to UCG. Five Stars is not enough – would HIGHLY recommend UCG Luxury Destination Events. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Absolutely brilliant. To say Tala is a superstar would be a discredit, she is a diamond. From day one, she was open & welcoming, whilst giving the distinct impression that she is highly dependable. And dependable she was! She helped us not only secure our dream venue, but made every moment of the day special beyond our wildest imagination. My family and I are still getting texts about how wonderful our wedding is, and as a bride I can’t tell you how special that is to feel. She has impeccable taste, and a brilliant talent for crisis management. The day of our wedding we had really strong winds which meant our original flower arrangements were not appropriate for our outdoor wedding. Tala immediately found an alternative, presented it to us and away we went. Smooth as butter communication, and cool as anything.
