We had the pleasure of working with UDREAM Events for the bar at our recent Rays on the Runway fundraiser, and they were fantastic! They collaborated closely with us to create a creative concept that perfectly aligned with our brand for the event. Ryan was a rockstar during the setup, ensuring everything ran smoothly and even stepping in to help problem-solve an unexpected issue. After the event, their team went above and beyond by shipping back our custom-made acrylic logo sign, which was such a thoughtful touch. The level of customer service was outstanding, and their attention to detail really made a difference. We had our daughter and son in laws wedding here 11/26/22 and it is a fabulous event space! Vintage brick walls and gorgeous arch windows. Beautiful lighting options. We had everything from ceremony to cocktail party on the patio to reception and dance in the same venue. Staff was professional and we had great service. Love that this is a historic artsy venue that is a non-profit so your rental supports the artists in residence and arts classes! HIGHLY recommend!
I have worked with uDream for over two years and over 20 events. I have always had top notch service. It is hard to find an event management company that is so buttoned up and knowledgeable about every aspect of pulling together a flawlessly executed event no matter what the size. The finest elements are always covered - cocktail features, design concepts, staff costumes, product knowledge, pre/post event set-up, etc. They truly go beyond the expectations of customer service and support their clients as if they are an extension of the business. Thank you to Cristina and the entire team for always bringing your A-game and leaving me with no worries when you’re on site!
