We were visiting Ottawa and knew after the road trip the car would be filthy. The owner was really respectful and super flexible with time when we were running late. We dropped off the car, did some touristy stuff in the area and the car was done even before the 2 hours. Car looked great and first time with wax but happy we did it. Big thank you!
I’m beyond impressed with the service. My car was cleaned inside and out, all the salt buildup was completely removed, and the entire interior was shampooed thoroughly. I have a husky, so my car was full of stubborn dog hair, and somehow they managed to remove every single strand. The car honestly feels brand new again. Attention to detail was amazing and you can tell they really cares about their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a deep, professional clean.
Great service. It was recommended to me by a friend to make an appointment (web / phone) in case they were busy (which they can be) but their Ultimate Detailing was exactly what my car needed. PS : Unfortunately we were dealing with a rainstorm outside so I didn't take a lot of photos but my interior was my main concern and it feels great now.
This is the worst washing experience I've had and I'm coming from a developing country. I opted for the premium wash which is usually worth $250 but I had to pay 282 for tips and "additional fees". They took 6 hours for my wash but just poured water. After the wash, I could still see dust in most parts and greesy crust. They did not want to take the responsibility of their service so I highly not recommend this place. You can wash your car better than they do. They are unprofessional and not efficient.
What a great service! Ali did a beautiful job on my new Tesla. I got a same day appointment for 6 pm very easily using the online booking app. Convenient hours. But most of all, he's meticulous, and it didn't break the bank! Glad I found this business. Thanks Ali!
