I specifically asked for them not to shave, cut, or trim my dogs hair because after a bath, I do that at home. I also asked for our dogs nails to be trimmed. It seems they did the opposite and then complained that my dog nipped at them when he has never done it before to them. They shaved up his butt and 1/3 of his tail and did not trim his nails. No wonder he nipped at the groomer, I found scabs from cuts left behind his ears. I should've just taken him home when I heard from the owner that they are going through a lawsuit and hired all new staff.

I have mixed feelings about how many stars to give this place. For the last two months I’ve been trying to find another place for my sisters dog purely because of the staff. Being able to make small talk and be pleasant should be apart of the interview process and for a while it seemed as if it was truly forgotten. I normally so drop off and pick up with arlo and Eileen (I think) who are less than helpful and can’t fluently have a conversation when I asked about my dog or services or really any question at all and have made us feel incredibly unwelcome. Two days ago I picked up my sister dog from uncle Freddie’s and there was someone new behind the counter. From the get go, Arin was amazing. She was clear and concise and got me quickly checked out while making me feel welcome and heard and not rushed. Yesterday I picked up again and thankfully she was there. I had a few questions about a boarding and she was able to answer all of them, check out other guests and grab dogs quickly. To top it all off, she said it was only her 5th shift. She presented herself like a seasoned pro and knew more than the other staff combined and I’m no longer dreading coming in or calling. Truly just saved another customer.

First time coming here and I am super happy with our experience! I walked by the place on my way home and decided to look into it. Donna is such a sweet and friendly person! I appreciate her taking the time to sit and interact with Kujo to make sure he was comfortable before his spa day. She clearly cares about our fur babies as much as we do. Price is great! No issues scheduling or with communication. We will definitely be coming back again! :)

We have nothing but good things to say about Fredie's. First impression was these folks are professionals who really understand their clients! Our dogs had some special needs which they handled with great aplomb. I was impressed at every step in the process. I would recommend Fredie's to anyone in need of boarding, vaccinations , or grooming. We will be back!

This boarding facility boards ferrets :) They were my saving grace for one of my weekend trips. At the time I called them they were busy so I left a voicemail and they later sent me a message. They answered all my questions and what I really appreciated is that they were accommodating to my pet’s needs and my requirements. It was very relieving since I was very stressed to leave him to be taken care of by anyone else. We had a few snags on the online scheduling because he’s a special type of boarding case (not a dog or cat) but they were very quick and nice to help me get scheduled. They have a pretty nice pet scheduling system. Also they offer a very affordable rate for “pocket” animals which is great and seals the deal for me. Honestly I had a great experience and will use them again in the future.
