The check-in lady was friendly, the nurse was pleasant & Dr. Lonzarich was awesome!
Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this clinic. My children have been seeing Dr. Sandberg for the last 4 years and she has never once made me feel like I was asking too much, that my concerns were invalid, and never left me feeling like my questions were unanswered. Any concern I’ve had she’s followed through to resolution. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Franciso today and he was so kind and helpful with a not so great situation. Truly lightened the mood and went above and beyond to assist. My children’s school physicals were done by Dr. Sondhi and she was an absolute pleasure and made sure all concerns were addressed and truly took the time to engage with and get to know my children. You are in great hands here!
Very rude front desk, we recently got full custody of our son and we tried to establish care here. We were pretty much denied and when we asked about the medical issues we needed to address, they said to consult with the urgent care. After we had urgent care tell us to establish care with a provider.
I would like to share my personal experience on here regarding Dr Enserro and her team. My daughter is now 21 and battling an eating disorder because of Dr Enserro. As the provider she made every well child visit about her weight and also made us attend an eating camp at the YMCA and meet with a dietitian. Always using the word obese. Now here we are today at age 21 trying to obtain growth charts from Walnut Creek Pediatric clinic so she can get into treatment and I was threatened by a front desk person by the name of Jessica that she will hang up on me if I continue to express my frustration that we have been waiting 2 weeks for these records that this is a life or death matter and then she laughs at me on the phone just to hang up on me. I call back and I hear them say, “is that the mom?” Then put me on hold. The only good thing I can say is that a lovely woman by the name of Jill helped me and connected me to the right source. So thank you Jill for being a light in a 21 year journey with this disgraceful team of medical professionals. Would you consider this child obese? DON’T EVER LET A DOCTOR TELL YOU OR YOUR CHILD THAT THEY ARE OBESE.
We bring our daughter to see Dr. Sandberg and have nothing but great things to say! Dr. Sandberg always listens to our concerns and makes us feel comfortable at every visit. Her nurse Casey is amazing!! She always does amazing with her shots and has such a bubbly and bright personality! Our daughter adores her care team and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. I always know we are going to receive 10/10 care from those two and any of the other providers/ nurses at this clinic.
