Our dog Buddy was really poorly when he got referred, I feel they did all they could to try and help him. They treated him with care and never once suggested that they couldn't try treatments to save him. Maria had dogs herself and I could see with how she treated Buddy who meant the world to our family, and she kept us informed each day. When Buddy passed away the people were lovely and very compassionate to us Maria took the time to speak to us and never once rushed us or mentioned money until we brought it up and I felt like she genuinely cared about Buddy and was sad it had happened but unfortunately he had a rare cancer that was very aggressive but we tryed but he couldn't fight it. As long as they continue to treat animals and people with such compassion I would definitely go there again.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved guinea pig Charlie on Monday. Everybody from the receptionist, the 2 students and the vet were all excellent. They were so caring and empathetic. They treat Charlie with dignity and kindness. You can tell that they really care about your animal and your grief. The fur clippings and paw prints were beautifully done and so thoughtful. The pricing is very cheap compared to other vets. You can tell that they do it for the love of the animals and teaching not for money. They made such a sad day feel respectful and gave our baby a dignified, comfortable end. We are so very grateful for how they treat him and us. Thank you so much. We would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being there for us and for Charlie.

Was referred from my local neurologist who completed MRI, spinal tap and consult. Received a diagnosis and was referred for chemo. They wanted to repeat all the investigations done which posed a risk to my dog and would delay the treatment for my dog that is suffering. The receptionist / staff member who rang me was so rude and lacked compassion and when I said I was told my practice referred to them for chemo before she laughed over the phone at me. Just got the impression it was all to do with money as the neurologist wouldn’t even review all the information provided until I had an appointment for nearly £400 booked. I couldn’t guarantee how much more the costing would be following that appointment either.

We took our beautiful guinea pig Penny to this vets as we found a lump on her chin. We met Dr Ioana who informed us she would sadly need surgery to remove it I can't thank her enough for the knowledge, support and care she gave us and Penny throughout. We were so worried. We've been to some vets who barely know about guinea pigs, or care for small pets.-They do here! The students are also a wonderful addition to the consultations, it's encouraging to see them so keen to pursue such a worthwhile career. Dr Ioana has our thanks 🙏

I have always received excellent care for my dog since coming to this vets and most recently had the best experience when my dog was neutered. The service has been brilliant from warm, friendly and helpful reception staff, caring and professional veterinary nurses and a very thorough and caring/compassionate vet. I felt listened to by all the staff and they were all really patient with me asking lots of questions! I would wholeheartedly recommend this vets! 🐶
