Upstairs Dowstairs provided catering for our company holiday party. Everything was great! From communication throughout the process to delivery of the final product, everything exceeded our expectations! On top of that, the food was delicious! Thanks for making our holiday party a success!

We used Upstairs Downstairs catering for our wedding. They were really great to work with. We went to a tasting to check out their food and were sold! Their food is definitely top tier as far as wedding food goes. We had the filet and herb roasted chicken and both were cooked very well. I wish I had time to eat more of it! We also had a number of guests comment on how good the food was. It was served family style and the service was great. There were just one small issue which is why I'm giving 4 stars. We had asked for the cake to be served individually to each guest, but the lead server's notes said that it would be stationed. We didn't have a table for this and so they started to take down our vendor table during dinner to make room for it. Once we noticed it and asked them about it, they "fixed it" and served the cake individually, but everything had already been removed from the vendor table. It was a small issue but enough to not give 5 stars. We would likely use Upstairs Downstairs Catering again.

I was very happy with Upstairs Downstairs catering for our wedding at Harvest Moon Pond. The next day, we had multiple compliments about how good the food was at the wedding. They were always responsive to my emails or calls, and answered any questions within a day. I would recommend them for your next event!

Upstairs Downstairs catered our rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks a couple weeks ago. We can not speak more highly of their services - the food was tasty and service was excellent. Working with Upstairs leading up to the event could not have been easier - they are very accommodating and made for an epic night!

We are so thankful we went with Upstairs Downstairs for our caterers for our wedding. They truly went above and beyond for us. I’ll admit we weren’t the easiest couple to plan with, but they were so patient and understanding with us the entire step of the way. We worked with Dan a lot and he truly made us feel so comfortable and welcome throughout the whole process. After our first tasting we were still unsure of what to serve and they graciously invited us for a second tasting. We were still unsatisfied with one of the options and they invited us back to taste it yet again to see if they had made it to our liking (which they did)! They also were able to make family recipes with us and collaborate on creating new recipes which turned out delicious. Having a winter wedding, we thought a soup instead of a salad would be a nice change to warm everyone up. I asked that they try out my mother’s Portuguese green bean soup which they absolutely nailed! We also had quite a few food sensitivities amongst our guests and they were extremely accommodating allowing guests to select individual options that suited their needs. Overall, we can’t thank them enough for how fantastic they were. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the night went seamlessly.
