Honestly I was sorta nervous about my first try at selling clothes but it was so simple and straightforward and they were so kind. I had low expectations, but I was offered $50 cash or $65 in store credit for two laundry baskets of clothes (both men and women). I used the store credit since I shopped while they looked through the clothes. Then they offered to keep extra clothes they didn’t buy to donate. Win win no clothes back home!
This store is amazing!! I just went there for my very first time last night and I’m wearing the clothes today that I just bought and the shoes and I absolutely love it and the price you really cannot be like it is better pricing than Goodwill or Burlington for sure and they have name brands there and they only take name brands of things that has been in the mall for the last three years so that is just an awesome deal. I will definitely be returning.!! Oh, and also, I cannot forget the people who helped me. There was just so sweet and so helpful. I just really felt welcomed and positive energy there.
I found the cutest clothes at great prices, and the customer service was wonderful! This is easily our favorite store!
Cashier was awesome. Travion, sweet guy so nice & seemed genuinely happy at work. Did not get the name of the changing room person but equally friendly. Clean, well organized store..I will be back!! Thanks
Visited when they first opened and I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality! Staff was friendly, store was clean and organized, and items didn’t have that stale, dingy smell that you often can find in thrift-type stores. I brought about four tubs of clothing in and walked away with a very nice payday - more than I would have gotten from Plato’s, which is what I was used to going to. New favorite place to take clothes for a quick buck, and I’m so happy they take clothes they won’t re-sell for recycling in an eco-friendly manner!
