They have a ton of stuff, and their prices are pretty good! Wide variety, for almost anyone. You can definitely find NEARLY anything- up to date (and quite a bit not) shoes, tops, bottoms, athleisure (lulu etc), and outerwear and accessories. They do have a handful of higher-end items. That is mostly where the compliments stop. I do get the idea..."One person's trash, may be another's treasure". Especially with the targeted demographic, it's a roller coaster of changing sizes, body shapes and styles- making this the perfect Idea for recycling barely touched items. However, while their prices seem pretty low, many items are quite loud and look like they've never been in style! And the buy counter is not opened as simply as they say (some days end early, others it's completely closed) And despite seeing so much variety on the shelves and great prices, they reject 90% of the things you bring, and what is accepted, you're offered pennies per dollar of item profit. I probably wouldn't be so bummed , if I had not have to make so many trips to basically be rejected🤔😜 Id almost love exchange per item bring a shirt, take a shirt- then the focus can be really on higher $ and quality items for both buyers and sellers.
The staff are so kind and attentive. Even though it was busy when I dropped off my clothes to sell, the ladies were still polite and respectful. I also want to mention Linsey from my previous visit. She was very polite as well. All of the staff provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for making every visit pleasant whenever I drop off my clothes to sell.
Very, very poor staff here at this location. I went in with 2 bags of clothing and was asked to wait an hour, so I left to a store near by. I got a call from them saying it became a drop off order so I can return back the following hour only for them to say the same exact thing to come back later. So, I came back the following hour and asked only to be told it isn’t ready. I came back ANOTHER time to be laughed at by the employees saying “ do I need it now”. They told me it would be done tomorrow at the latest. I came back the next morning and they said that my bag had been taken out the store, and all my things are with another person. All they would do is contact me whenever they contacted them. There’s no way to prove my original things are there. It’s poor staff for not doing it, knowing I’d be by to get them. My other bag is only 5$ and they took maybe 2 things so after 2 days of biking back and forth I have to bike back with half of my clothes not taken, and the other half stolen. Please never do business here.
Not my favorite place to sell clothes, their selection didn’t have much to offer with current clothing with the exception of their shoes and lululemon/free people section. The staff has different rules for drop off at this specific location than every other location I’ve ever sold at. The selling process was not as easy as other locations and I felt I was offered little to no money for new with tags items. Sell with Plato’s closet if you actually want a good deal:)
The girl at the intake had me change my bags twice and 15 minutes later she told me she only got 5 items… she didn’t even look through the entire bag There was expensive black bodycone dress there beautiful dress like new and nice one toned sweaters and she didn’t take any of it …. Not sure if this was her attitude towards me or what but you guys missed out on lots of nice items
