This place is awesome. It's basically an indoor playground which is great for toddlers in Las Vegas' summer. I know it's cleaned regularly and it's a great way to get some wholesome time with the kids. They also have "toddler time" during weekdays when only toddlers (age 5 and under I think) can play. I love that, keeps little kids safe and gives stay at home parents a place to go during the day. That being said, they recently installed a bunch of arcade games which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5. A bunch of flashing lights makes this place less of an indoor playground and just another screen that's trying to draw your kids attention away. Maybe a solution could be to unplug the arcade games during toddler time? That way, toddlers arent distracted from running and playing (plus, how many 2 year olds are playing arcade games anyways? No money loss).

Hello I did my son's party here and paid $500+ for some horrible service, I felt like I was bothering the workers just for simple things and no one hardly checked on us and they seemed like anything I asked for was annoying. Never again will I be doing a party here. My daughter's party was here 2 years ago and it was amazing.This place had definitely gone downhill. I mean I had to ask three times for paper plates for my cake, no lighter for the candle and I felt like we were rushed out immediately cuz it was closing. That has a lot of money I spent for some bad service. Be careful booking that party out there, especially one before closing oh and I felt like all they cared about was payment when clearly were gonna pay like hang on I know you want to leave we're grabbing our belongings and trying to scramble as fast as we can....

NO ACCOUNTABILITY The Uptown Jungle locations in Las Vegas demonstrate a serious lack of accountability from both management and ownership. Unfortunately, this business is falling short in several critical areas. COMPLAINT SUMMARY Business Phones: Calls go unanswered. In the event of an emergency or when important questions arise, customers are directed to voicemail with no immediate assistance. Answering Service: Customers must leave a voicemail and wait for a return call at the company’s convenience, often after the question, or issue is no longer relevant. A representative (Anneliese) may call you to take notes and promise a follow-up from management, but those follow-ups never occur. Restrooms: Restrooms are frequently out of order, forcing guests to wait for the single unisex/family restroom and wasting valuable paid playtime due to the bracelet timer. Games/Cleanliness: The games and equipment appear to need proper sanitation and more thorough cleaning. Waivers: Even after completing waivers online to expedite entry, check-in was excessively slow. With only one person ahead of us, it still took approximately 15 minutes to enter due to repeated questions at the register. Bracelet Timing: Once the first person in your group is checked in, the timer begins for the entire party. It then takes about 15 minutes for everyone to get situated (shoe storage, food etc.), leaving only around 35 minutes of actual play time on a one-hour pass. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but as a consumer, it’s frustrating to be ignored or repeatedly promised a call or email from management that never comes. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before planning a visit.

Our first time coming here was about 4 years ago. I’m afraid this weekend was our last time because it was incredibly filthy (and overcrowded I might add). I spent most of my time this visit in the baby section and was disappointed to see broken, chewed up balls and foam cubes (and looks like 70% of the balls for the ball pit have gone missing), non functioning wall toy (balls inside missing), and the mats to the baby trampolines were covered in black dirt like they hadn’t been wiped down in months, etc.

Have a membership for my 4 kids and I have been coming here since they opened. I did my twins bday party in September and absolutely had a great experience. The entire staff is great and has the patience for the kids and their parents. This year I have noticed they have planned way more events for the kids and have made it even more interactive. Last weekend we attended the scavenger hunt and that was super cool as well. Today they are having their haunted maze and I absolutely LOVE the staff rising to the occasion and dressing up. Huge shout out to the manager and general manager Loren for putting it together and being front line taking on the long customer line. Thank you all for the hard work you all put in to make this a great turn out for the kids and the parents.
