Had daughters birthday party there. Alot of activities for the kids. Suspended obstacle course,(kids are safely harnessed), arcade games, zip cords, wall climbing area, laser tag, go carts, trampolines, dodge ball in one trampoline area, massage chairs for the adults. Pizzas for the bday party were under cooked but when it was brought to their attention they didn't charge us for the pizzas and gave four free passes to return. And the employees were very friendly.
I was not impressed with the professionalism or friendliness of the staff. Not enough staff are supervising the areas. There was a whole group of people sitting on the trampoline in like two whole squares for well over 30 minutes. The rock wall was closed the entire time, and go karts were closed the majority of their play time, which is supposed to be included in their ultimate party. I just genuinely don't feel that this party was worth the price. SkyZone is bigger, has more supervision. Costs more but is way more professional. (We had our party there last year.)
We visited on Sunday for my daughters birthday, and yes the place was wonderful but I'm fully writing this review because the PIZZA! I genuinely couldn't believe how good it smelled/tasted/looked for the fact that we were there for the fun, not the food. Our family of 4 was all fed with one pizza, and it was done way faster than expected even though there were tons of people ordering. Also Michael was a phenomenal help!! The vending machine ate a few bucks and he went out of his way to correct the situation by giving my daughter some fries and an Icee! This is a place that I'd return because the kids have so much fun, but Urban Air has me excited to take my kids here again. As a parent places like this can be tiring, but even with a massive volume of people here I felt like I had plenty of space to move/keep watch on the kids, and not get overwhelmed. So highly recommend!
MEL was an amazing party hostess! She was so down to earth! Birthday parties can be hectic but she handled everything so gracefully. She was kind, caring attentive, and patient. All request that were made she took care of them promptly. She made sure the party ran as smoothly as possible and she was very helpful in assisting and meeting all needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much for everything, everyone enjoyed themselves, ESPECIALLY those wings!!!!!!!! Thanks for everything!
The park was great, lots of fun attractions, zip line, trampolines, obstacle course, sky obstacle course, arcade games, and good food. Also has okay restrooms. But the only thing is that the announcements are really loud and the entire atmosphere is just noisy. The most people come at afternoon so just come earlier.
