We loved all the different things they have to offer- even though EVERYTHING here, including the Cafe is WAY overpriced! But the workers where the trampolines/dodge ball/ etc just walked around talking and playing on their phones. Teens were running knocking smaller kids down, throwing the ball HAFD at little kids, pushing them, etc. One kid got hit or pushed into the jousting pit, and was knocked unconscious, paramedics came and pulled him out- parents were no where to be found. This place needs workers to be in place & enforce some rules. It would be so much better. Bathrooms are disgusting, I dont think the toilets have ever had a toilet brush on the insides of them.
It was ok when we went, kids had fun. Just need to lower prices for what you're getting, especially when yourvbiying. A party that came to over in $800 in begining of summer 2024. Crazy! Staff were good. But we were almost charged over for the food and they adjusted it to what it was supposed to be. The plat things look a lil rickidy and you cant tell if anything is clean. Pretty sure I remember hand sanitizer there. Kids had blah they sure slept after . As always, whatch what you pay for.
Our kids have premium memberships and one of my kids is too small to ride the go karts by themselves. Normally they allow a parent to ride with our smallest child without needing to pay. However this has been a point of apprehension. We will not be renewing our kids memberships if we are not allowed the flexibility to take our youngest kids to all of the activities we have paid for under their membership. This means that by default we are not maximizing what we have paid for without having to pay more.
Really huge fun place to bring the family. We came in on a rainy afternoon. We went ahead and got the Plaitinum Summer Pass because 2 visits pay for itself and we've got it for 4 months. They've got something for everyone. I jumped in one of their many massage chairs and it was amazing. Got some knots out of my back & I was able to pop my neck finally! Well worth the $5 for 15 mins. There's concessions & many arcade type games, as well as a climbing wall, trampolines, go cart track, etc... it's impossible to be bored or not find something fun to do in this place!!
Expensive but so much fun. The go carts are available for all ages to use as long as you have the platinum pass. They have 2 seated ones so smaller kids can ride with their parents and my 7 year old was able to ride by herself. We attended a Party, it was a nice room. It even had a tv so one of the dad's could watch the game. I will go back
