Unfortunately, my experience at the café was extremely disappointing. I waited approximately 40 minutes just to receive a single pre-packaged ice cream from the refrigerator. This was not a made-to-order item — it simply needed to be taken out of the fridge and handed to me. I was standing in line with a small child, which made the situation even more frustrating and unreasonable. The two employees at the register — a young woman named Elan (or Elana) and a young man wearing a black cap — showed no basic customer service skills whatsoever. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, no “thank you,” and no “goodbye.” They did not respond to customers, avoided eye contact, and completely ignored people standing in front of them. The attitude felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. During the entire wait, there was no explanation, no communication, and no attempt to engage with customers in any way. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of service was genuinely shocking. What happened is simply unacceptable. Customers should not feel invisible — especially when waiting with a child. I strongly encourage management to review staff behavior and provide proper customer service training, because this experience does not meet even the most basic standards
The really need to train front staff better. My daughter was measured at front and she is almost 42” tall which means she can do the climbing walls. They told her she was “too short” but yet we were measured up front when we came in. Next, she rode the number cars (video and photo proof) and the guy working when she was in by back for a second round initially said she’s “too short” then proceeded to say she doesn’t have the right wristband. Well she’s definitely tall enough and if she didn’t have the right wristband, why was she able to do it an hour prior? Bumper cars also need cleaned. She was left with a black residue all over her hands and pants. Absolutely unprofessional. Everyone needs better training and more consistency across the board. Doubtful we return.
We’re visiting this location today and had a really great experience with Hayden at the front desk. She checked us in and answered all of our questions and was extremely kind from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help us and will 100% be the reason we come back to this location. As a matter of fact, she’s the reason we’re strongly considering a membership for our 4 children. Thank you, Hayden, for making this visit our best one yet. Urban Air is fortunate and lucky to have you as an employee!
Absolutely loved it! Some attractions are only open at certain times during the day, but they open one after the other. But I give the 5 stars because when I asked if the could staff it they instantly called extra people to make it happen. Maci was so great! Very kind and made us feel welcome!
This place is worth the time to get to if you aren't in the area. The staff is super friendly. It's not often you find a place with people who are actively looking for someone who needs help. Right in the door we were approached and immediately checked in. RSVP a time slot online before coming. Pay online and skip the headache of messing with it here. The food here is good not great, expect grill type quality. Kids will love it. The wings with buffalo sauce were pretty good and the loaded fries used decent bacon which surprised me. You can't carry food or drink in which leaves you with $3 bottled water but you could get water in a cup for cheaper. Everything was clean and the ambiance music was reasonably volumed so you could actually hear when talking. There are lots of things for the kids to do so they stay busy. I'd say if you live in the Kokomo area and are tired of messing with the crap show that is Gravity this place is well worth the drive. It's an indoor adventure park for kids done right and a good portion of that is due to the friendly, helpful, well managed staff.
