First of all I choose to drive over 30 mins to come here over sky zone or slick city or any other place. I will never be coming back to this location. The staff are only concerned with standing in concessions or checking people in. The staff at each station are not monitoring at all as well I had to call and get someone to come over and kick the kids that are to big for the tubes area out as they were stiff arming and trampling smaller kids. So I spent 95.00 on three kids to come in and enjoy them selves another 40 dollars at concessions. I then went to play some arcade games and I have 4 dollars of change in my pocket and I couldn’t exchange the quarters for tokens as the token machine won’t take quarters so I went to the desk and asked to swap out change for dollars so I could get tokens and spend them at the arcade and was told no. I asked to speak with the manager and some young I mean maybe still in high school comes up to me and without listening to my issue or concern she says sorry we can’t swap out coins for dollars for you to spend so I asked for a refund for our passes and she said no I have been here to long but if my money isn’t any good to spend here which is legal currency they weren’t Pennie’s then why should I spend any money at all. In all Of these pics each station has no monitor and the employees are just sitting around. The blonde manager hiding in back of kitchen or office unless needed.
Very dirty facility. Needs a deep clean and weekly sanitize of equipment. It would be way more fun if it was cleaner. Yes it was the Franklin location. I don’t want to post everything on here but I can assure you the place needs a good cleaning. We enjoy coming to visit, the only thing that has deterred me lately is the cleanliness of the equipment (mats, ball pit area, kids play areas with slides).
We hosted our son's birthday party at Urban Air and had a fantastic experience -- especially thanks to our party host, Mason. From the moment we arrived, Mason went above and beyond to make everything seamless for our group. He greeted us warmly, went over all of the party details and allowed us to make any changes, explained the process and how it would work, etc. He handled every detail with so much care and professionalism. Mason checked in frequently without hovering and kept all of us on time. Having attended many birthday parties over the years, Mason stands out as one of the best hosts we've encountered. Urban Air is very lucky to have him! Highly recommend booking your party here... and if you can, ask for Mason! Thank you again for helping make our son's birthday so special!
This absolutely best place for family fun... price is great $34 ...
My grand daughter loves everything Urban Air has to offer. It's fun It's safe It's clean She gets to enjoy herself in all the ways a kid should be able too We bought the summer pass And would recommend to anyone to do the same It's very worth it.
