Some of the workers seemed very upset and were not pleased with customers needing help, I felt I only had a good experience with two of the workers throughout our visit. We wanted to go on the karts but the workers stopped the karts every ten seconds even the riders were getting visibly upset along with the people in line. I understand it might be due to safety but there are better ways for the workers to deal with customers. Otherwise I do feel there were a variety of things to do but it was also busy with several birthday parties going on.
Never again will I purchase a birthday party package! Highly disappointed! I booked the Ultimate birthday Party Package for my 4 year old child . The party hosts put the scratch off tickets under the napkins as they say and never informed anyone that they were going to be there. What 4 year old is going to look under the napkin for the scratch off tickets or even know what it is? I was also sitting at the table and did not see any of the tickets. When I checked out , they said I would only get the ticket to come back for free for the birthday kid. Room was rushed and very awkward with the party hosts as well. I called back to see if there would be any compensation or if they could at least do something about it.. another ticket to come back for free would have been great but guess what? They did not want to compromise! I will not be wasting my money at this place again for a birthday party.
We had an awesome birthday party at Urban Air for our 2 kids! The staff was friendly, everything was well organized, and all the kids had a blast. It was clean, stress-free, and made the day so special for them. Concession was s bit pricey. I would definitely recommend Urban Air for birthday parties!
Where else can you go for $40 and do go carts, bumber cars, virtual reality, rope's courses, zip line, climbing, and trampoline galore. There are cheaper packages. The only downfall is you can't bring your food and drink, its expensive, but you want to stay all day.
I give it three stars because of the staffs and the so called rules. It seems they have staffs that quote rules and prices but don’t honor the rules once you are out on the floor and in the area where the wrist bands are designated for. As for the small kids, they want you to pay for the higher level when they are too small for most of the attractions and therefore they are making money off customers and the kids are not getting the full benefit of the package. They will always find a way to rip people off. I will be looking for another place.
