My kids enjoyed it on a weekday! Only downside two very nice young men working all the activities.
On Saturday evening, January 3, 2026, at approximately 6:45 p.m., this facility became unsafe due to a mass commotion created by large numbers of unaccompanied teenagers, many wearing ski masks and backpacks. At 5:50 p.m., an announcement was made instructing all unaccompanied minors to begin exiting the already overcrowded facility. At 6:00 p.m., a second announcement warned that police would be called for any unaccompanied minors remaining inside. These warnings were not enforced. Instead, the establishment continued to be overtaken by large groups of unaccompanied teenagers. At 6:45 p.m., a commotion erupted on the trampoline platform after large groups of teens had overtaken the area and began running back and forth while engaging in an altercation. Chaos ensued as the instigators sprinted in masses toward the exit and into the parking lot, dispersing among neighboring establishments, while parents frantically attempted to locate young children lost in the crowds. The authorities were called in an effort to control the unruly crowd as patrons fled for safety, losing the value of their remaining paid time. The incident left many patrons, including myself, in a panic during moments when younger children were briefly lost amid the chaos. Initially, only one police officer was posted outside the facility until patrons were calling 911, in hopes that the incident would not escalate and become more dangerous as we attempted to grab our things and leave with our families. I am shaken by what I witnessed. This situation had the potential to become fatal if a small child had fallen amid the running teens and been trampled. Suggested Solutions: 1.) Enforce your unaccompanied minor policy. It is your responsibility to enforce your own rules for the safety of patrons of all ages. Furthermore, capacity limits must be implemented and strictly enforced. 2.) If you have no intention of enforcing the unaccompanied minor rule, then be honest and restructure your evenings accordingly. Make a clear announcement recommending that families with young children leave by 6:00 p.m. and allow teens to take over afterward. Based on their own social media posts, they were clearly pleased with the outcome, while families were not. I understand that ownership responds directly to reviews. Instead of offering empty apologies, please demonstrate your commitment to the safety of your patrons by offering specific, tangible actions you will be implementing to ensure this never happens again. **The images provided are public social media posts shared by attendees from the night of the incident.
Overall really great experience and I'm son enjoyed his New Year's eve birthday here! From check- in to checkout the staff was attentive and accommodating. Our party host Nykiera was AMAZING, she deserves a bonus the way she worked our party, the front desk area to check in the guest and apparently the kitchen at times. Overall, my guests and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities, attentiveness of the workers and the private "Snapology" party room. Surprisingly the cookie cake was a hit. We didn't realize until the day of the party that we could've brought a cake, but nonetheless the cookie cake was a HIT for the parents and kids. The one dislike was the quality of the pizza. This would be the biggest area of growth. We appreciated the variety of pizza 🍕, fries and chicken bites; but the flavor was lacking at best with the pizza. But. We'll definitely be back soon! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I had my son’s birthday party at Urban Air Largo this past Saturday, and it was absolutely amazing! The kids had such a blast, and everything ran so smoothly. Our party host Miriam was very helpful and attentive. The manager Kimari was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all our food, drinks, and everything we needed for a perfect party. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The whole experience was fun, and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back!
First experience here and we love it!!! All the rides and attractions are so much fun. Customer service is exceptional. I would especially like to highlight Ny’ Kirah, Samhari, and Saniya who have gone out of their way to help us. We will be coming back and may even purchase a membership and host a birthday party here!
